2.2 Ori AI Coach Data
Eavo features Ori, an AI-powered coaching assistant. When you interact with Ori, we may collect:
- Conversation history and coaching interactions
- Progress data and check-in responses
- Behavioral patterns and habit-tracking inputs
- Feedback and preference signals you provide during coaching sessions
This data is used solely to improve your personalized coaching experience and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We recognize that health-related data is particularly sensitive. Information such as your weight, fitness goals, activity patterns, and wellness metrics is treated with the highest level of care. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties. Access to this data is strictly limited to providing and improving the Service.

4. Beta Program & No-Login Access
Eavo is currently in beta. During this phase, we offer a simplified onboarding experience that does not require traditional account creation or login credentials. While this makes it easier to get started, please be aware that:
- Your data is associated with your device rather than a traditional user account
- If you lose access to your device, we may not be able to recover your data
- We may introduce account-based authentication in future versions
Beta participants may also receive communications about product updates and feedback requests. You can opt out of these at any time.

We are committed to protecting your privacy rights under applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
